I’m always giddy when couples opt for a laidback wedding in an epic location, but I’m also down for a quaint backyard wedding. And when I’m not scouting out new places, you can find me outdoors soaking up time with my husband, Adam, our son Logan and dog Rex, on the South Shore of Massachusetts. I couldn’t live without the ocean, coffee, and my many to-do lists. But enough about me, I want to hear all about you and your love!

Beyond photography, I love seeking out new adventures and seeing new places.

I can have a darkroom in a she-shed, right?! He even gifted me my very first film camera. Although I’ve since switched to digital photography, having those experiences shaped my approach to photography. Sifting through his photographs and my grandparent’s wedding album taught me the value of photography. I often picture my couples showing their wedding photos to future generations, and it warms my heart that I get to be a part of that. I believe in forming a personal relationship with my couples to translate their love into lasting photographs.

I grew up watching my grandfather work as a wedding photographer, spending many hours learning the process in his darkroom, which I hope to have in my own space one day.

Hiring Sarah for our wedding was one of the easiest and best decisions we made. Five years before our big day, we ran into Sarah by chance at the Grand Canyon and she graciously offered to take some photos of us at sunset, just because it was a beautiful view and she had her camera. When she sent us the photos, we were blown away, and I remember thinking, “When we get married, we have to hire her.” Fast forward to the wedding, and she was every bit as wonderful as we remembered—warm, professional, calming, and genuinely kind. Neither my partner nor I are especially comfortable in front of a camera, but she made us feel so at ease that the whole experience became fun and natural.
